An hour by kayak changes the scale of Louvre Abu Dhabi. The dome rises above the water while the pavilions appear almost at sea level, combining gentle activity with a view of architectural details that are difficult to appreciate from the main entrance.
An instructor explains paddling technique and safety before departure, so previous experience is not essential. Sessions last 60 minutes and groups are limited to 25 people. The minimum age is six; children aged six to twelve must remain with a parent or accompanying adult.
